Also for all the new players, most of the pawns you come across will look like fucking shit because people have no idea how to create characters. You'll find shitty memes like knock off Shrek and lolis more often than not. If you want truly good looking pawns, you'll have to be eagle eyed and spend a lot of time searching in the rift, go on to forums or have freinds whos design abilities you can trust, or make multiple accounts and just build your own from the ground up.

So you're saying pimping is hard?
More seriously, thanks everyone for the helpful tips and I wish they would make some filter for pawns. I really, really find the female beastmen uncanny and ugly, so if I could check a box to never see them in pawn pool, that would be great. With this game being made in Japan, I was expecting something more anime-like for them.
Also, once I get my hands on the character creation tool, if possible, I'll post in this thread some pictures and settings, maybe they'll be helpful for some users here.
Nothing more, because there's no way in fucking hell I'll post steamId or pawnId on this site.

I'd rather take a Pawn that looks like its Arisen at least tried to Fashion Dogma and failed over one who is 200% horny. It's difficult, especially with Mages and Sorcerers.

Has there been any word on how many dungeons will be in game, or just any info on dungeons in general? The dungeons in the first game are great, they just needed alot more of them.

I agree. It’s also gonna be furry city if the Reddit sub is anything to go by, and I just wanna nope out of those visuals.

That and creepy child pawns. I almost wish we had a more traditional party system, because I find having to keep changing pawns tedious.

There is sparse information as to the game's content.
It is my understanding that the developers are keeping their cards close to their chest, to allow the players to explore and find on their own.
While a part of me is ticked because I can't plan a build, I'll still go in blind and autistically explore every bush.

Which is great, cause I really want developers to have the balls again for people to not find/miss out on quest. The Sphinx quest apparently is off the beaten path so I bet a good amount of people will never find it.

Another interesting thing I heard, is that you can fail the Sphinx's riddle and with only one save, that should be interesting.
I want to challenge myself and see if I can clear it successfully or if I'm a dumb nigger. And I'd rather be a dumb nigger, then be a homosexual faggot who follows a guide.
Besides this, I really want to see if there are hidden classes and what they are. Going by the chosen color scheme of their tags, we have the Tricker, which is a combination of two colors not used by any other basic classes. My autismo brain tells me this is not a mistake and they're hinting at it, while only revealing a handful.

I really hope the showcase will address the vocation situation. Really can't imagine that the current information is everything we get in the final release.

Jim Sterling-ish style review/ shill of the new journo demo got me hyped and ready to consoom:

Haven't really followed the vocation conspiracies, but seeing some schiz tier takes over Itsuno confirming there are "only" 10. Would be happy if it does play out with more, but seems far fetched

Probably 10 or so to start with. If this game sales there will of course be more in a paid expansion.

There's some graph of a theory and I like it.

Look, if Itsuno didn't want the community to go autistic over vocations, he shouldn't have fucked up the colors. There HAS to be more vocations!
That being said, I doubt every class will be hybrid with all the others.
Assuming 6 bases classes, then we have 6 more advanced and 5 + 4 + 3 + 2 + 1 = 15 possible hybrid combinations, and Wayfarer which is the mix of all, so a total of 28 classes.
It's hopium to the highest degree, but it will be unfathomably based if so.

If you want a laugh check out the DD subreddit. Its devolved into people complaining about the people complaining about the game not fulfilling their fan theories about a million vocations.

I had pretty modest expectations for the vocation count, but I am concerned about performance. Hopefully a playable demo will clear that up.

I just want to beat the living shit out of a dragon is that so much to ask?

It is a bit iffy that info about the vocations is so tight lipped though.
