Yemma is a fucking subordinate of the Kai, what the fuck. Also King Kai giving tacit approval to genocidal space tyrants feels weird as fuck too. Salagir can't fucking worldbuild to save his life. Though what could you expect from the genius mind behind shovelware games "Amour Agent" and "Manga RPG"?
It came off as incredibly out of character for King Kai, who has only ever advocated for the earthlings to fight against evil.

He helped Goku with the Saiyan's and even though he didn't want Goku to, was still happy to help take down Frieza and save the Namekians by helping to facilitate the wish that brought them all to Earth.

Salgir is a bitch, and seeing his interactions in the comments of any chapter that is considered controversial where he tries to defend his shitty writing is always a treat.

I still love how he made Bra out to be a sociopath only to try and walk it back after he realized the fans didn't like his waifu as much as he did. I still will never forget the hilarious crash out Vegito had after the Majin Bra arc

Also I love how the art for dbm and all the other side comics are so hit and miss, sometimes you get some genuinely good art depending on the artist

Then you get this abysmal dog shit that is so blatantly traced over other images or the manga itself.

just pay someone else to write
how do you fuck up a basic tournament story?

rip-off any single tournament manga even
He fell into the trap most fanfiction writers do, where they wanted to write something cool, like a multiversal tournament, and then he just started getting more and more ideas to try and keep spicing it up.

The fans of the story didn't help by sucking him off and praising every decision he made, when they didn't he'd just delete the comments.

He does the same shit when you comment on some of the weaker art chapters. Or asking why there HAS to be a shitty side story after almost every major chapter.

even bad fanfic doesn't veer away from its basic premise

As someone who's read way to many fanfictions in my life, yes they do. It's one of many things that makes bad fanfiction "bad."

There is plenty of fanfiction that starts off as simple shit like "What if Harry Potter was in the Star Wars universe" that devolve into some weird amalgamation of crossovers that doesn't make sense anymore.

Its just what happens when you have an author that's too ambitious for his skill level.
