It looks like our friend, Geekdom101, is back at it again with his ultra thin skin behaviour and cringe-inducing tweets.

Yesterday, he made a video where he was covering Toei's hinting at a 'huge announcement'. A lot of people thought it will be the announcement of this rumoured web-series that will drop next year. He said that's possible but told people to keep their expectations low.

Nothing bad about it, right ? Except for the fact that he made a very clickbaity title to garner as much views off of this as he possibly can.

Once the announcement disappointed a lot of the Dragon Ball fans yet again, he along with multiple people got a lot of flack for giving them false hope for an anime announcement. Geekdom, a pussy that he is, got triggered and was whining about other people saying mean things to him.

Perhaps the most lulzy part about this whole meltdown was that he responded to someone talking shit with some highly autistic insults which probably justifies why he was bullied in school. As soon as I saw someone post that on discord, Geekdom deleted the tweet, probably due to the fact that even he cringed at what he said.

He also changed the title of his video to something transparent but also very autistic just to further prove that he should never be allowed to do stand-up comedy.

I get that people tend to take his word as gospel even though he has to tell people to keep their expectations low and needing to clickbait sometimes. But if he wants to plead transparency, maybe he shouldn't title his videos to where people will get a wrong idea. Geekdom is a great case study for why some people shouldn't be YouTubers.

I feel like this whole situation is just the post broly anime announcement part 2: electric boogaloo. For those that don’t follow geekdom, shortly after the Broly movie came out, Geekdom and multiple other YouTubers came out and said they had evidence from multiple sources that the anime would come back at the start of the next year. After this was disproved, Geekdom had a huge sperg out on Twitter.

After that happened, I still had some faith in Geekdom. Nowadays I don’t watch him anymore, and I feel like this incident was done in bad faith by him (unlike the last incident.)

Honestly, I do miss how the majority of the DB community was three or four years ago. Ever since the Broly movie released, and there’s been stupid drama like the Vic situation, I’ve completely distanced myself from the community. Still love the anime though. I wonder if the Japanese community is this retarded, I assume they are.

don't think they are obsessed with Drago Ball. They are only obsessed with a portion of Z where there's fighting going on. I just rewatched the first arc of the series, cause the French did a great remaster, and there is no fucking way niggers would watch that adventure stuff. Not surprised most of them haven't even seen the beginning of the story.

Mid 2018 to Early 2019 was an amazing time to be a DB fan. We were all completely freaking out over the fact that the movie was about Broly, a rebooted Broly at that. Then we find out that they included DB Minus into it so we finally get Kakarot and Raditz's mother and we get Bardock. Then we find out Gogeta is going to be in it. So we get Broly, Bardock and Gogeta in the same movie. We also got Super Saiyan God Vegeta which is something people had wanted since 2013. It seemed like everybody was banded together and we were all like one big happy friend group going to see this movie.



Then fucking MarzGurl, the twitter cunts and then finally the voice actors themselves did what they did to Vic Mignogna and it tore not only the Dragon Ball fandom in half but it completely ripped most of the anime fandom as a whole in half. It just sucked, sucked bad.

I'm with you there. Weeb Wars pretty much sapped my passion for the franchise. I don't even keep up with the Super manga.

getting any sort of excitement from dragon ball minus being included in that shit show is mostly why i stopped interacting with the dragon ball community as far back as 2011. western dragon ball fans are mostly subhumans

There's a surprising number of prominent troons from that site. You already mentioned Jacob. You have Kendamu (now Josie). And if MistareFusion hasn't transitioned publicly, it's coming.
 
mistare fusion is definitely at least non binary. somethin ain't right with that cat, but i love his dissection series and i think he has really insightful takes and analysis on the series that you don't really see anywhere else.
sad to see what became of kanzenshuu tbh. i was browsing it when it was still daizenshuuex back in like 2006 and it wasn't bad at all. not sure where it all went wrong but it breaks my dang heart.
