I would love more Witches of the Wilds. Empress Celine, etc. No offense to Solas even tho his actor is very welcoming to the fanbase but like you lost all the people that made Bioware great in the first place

Elves in DA were always huge cunts. It only got worse in Inquisition where they revealed elves were gods and had their global super magical wakanda.

It's funny how they set out to make their elves not as important to the world as Tolkien's elves, but in just one sequel made them even more important to the world and its history than Tolkien's elves are. That was one of the shittiest things in Inquisition.

It seems like they're going for an MTG (2022) meets Final Fantasy meets Cyberpunk meets Tumblr aesthetic.

I don't pay attention to ancillary material, for the most part, mostly because tie-in fiction is almost always appalling.

I'd say it took me by surprise, but all I could do was roll my eyes because of course, of course it's a tranny.

Well considering like half the devs are massive faggots...

Wtf ever happened to Jen Helper? I recall she was the one who infamously ruined Anders characterization for no reason at all. She was sent lots of death threats by upset fans. (I believe it was the most controversial thing for the company as it was a few years before the infamous Choose Your Color ME3 ending)

It was a nice departure from fantasy norm when the elves were kind of irrelevant. Now they're the ultra mega magical gods who created the golden city and all the legends are based off of them and created fucking dreams.
 
As I've always said, if the devs want to have their troon propaganda gay bullshit in their games, fine, but at least give me the option of being a massive racist biggot at the same time.

DA2 was 2011. ME3 was 2012. The fact BioWare survived that one-two punch is really quite astonishing. I can only imagine that despite the ending debacle, ME3 must have been a big financial success.

How they survived the even more embarrassing one-two punch of Andromeda and Anthem is utterly mystifying.
 
I still never played Andromeda and I have no intention of doing so regardless lmao. Crowbcat needs to come back because his video on the game was the best

And they're working on another Mass Effect too. Both games are gonna suck and fail miserably in terms of quality, but they'll somehow keep making money. EA's the industry DSP, so shitty that they can't possibly succeed but by sheer luck can't possibly fail.
