I haven't had the opportunity to read the decision in full as yet, but from the excerpts I've seen, Harrop isn't wrong here - the judge rejected the case against the College of Policing, saying that their rules about recording non-criminal "hate incidents" “serves legitimate purposes and is not disproportionate” and so seems likely to continue, unless there is a legislative reaction to the decision. The ruling castigated Humberside police for their actions over and above recording the incident, including visiting HM at work to discuss his actions.

I noticed this too. It doesn't surprise me. People have got to understand: if you ever see a glimmer of what seems like rationality in the leftist shitshow that is British policing it's just the edge of the large pile of greasy shit catching some light.

The CoP policy is vague as to the key aspects of how it should actually operate, but the devil is in the detail - I don't think many people would have a problem with simply recording anonymous figures for crime reports that didn't result in further action, as with every other kind of crime, but the potential disclosure of uncontestable hate allegations on enhanced CRB checks is something would be opposed quite widely, I think.

Are you a cop, by any chance? The only people I've ever heard refer to British police as "leftist" were cops of a certain outlook regretting the loss of their "traditional" policing methods.

Not OP but it’s probably because the pigs spend longer investigating hurt fee fees than actual crime.
Example: If I call them and say someone has just stolen my car and I have CCTV showing faces they’ll tell me they don’t want it and to have a crime number for my insurance. Whereas some waste of space faggot Troon just has to tweet them saying someone on the internet made them feel unsafe and they’ll phone, visit, and interview just to ‘check thinking’.

This is mainly because they all lazy pigs who are afraid of confrontation so they’d rather deal with someone who is less likely to become aggro and violent.

English cops being unarmed and the police force being understaffed might play a large factor in this. Ever seen the video where one single goatfucker armed with a sharpened butter knife chased a squad of bobbies around?

Another contributing factor is that the whole English political spectrum supports wokeness, so in that regard BoJo isn't comparable to other EU right wingers like Le Pen, Wilders, Salvini, Conte, Kurz, or Orban. Then again, some of those aren't really right wing on economics.

Anyhow, the supposedly neutral police force often becomes just another fist of the reigning gov't.

This is why the American method should be used to deal with these pussies. Here we tell them if they don't have a warrant they can get the fuck off your property. Part of why they want to come in to your house is to make you feel more vulnerable. So if you actually must talk to them for some reason, and you shouldn't, refuse to let them in and talk outside, with the door locked behind you.

If they do force their way in without a warrant or probable cause, sue the fuckers.
