He looks either mentally retarded or high in this photo. I don't believe he is capable of looking normal in a photo. I always thought gay men put a great deal of effort into looking well groomed and attractive. AssDrain has made me realize that stereotype is not true for everyone.

This abortion of a thread from 2018 regarding a story about some people burning an effigy of the Grenfell tower on bonfire night (for the yanks it's a British dark humour tradition, often you'll find a trump effigy or some other disliked celeb on top of a fire), shows him at his condescending and pious worst. Note how few likes and retweets he gets towards the end of the thread as most people reading it had likely fallen into a coma.

I'm not sure if it's the "put simply" followed by 8 tweets of waffle or his insistence that it was an act of "violence" that makes me laugh most.
 
This is a real question, but of course feel free to offer sarcastic responses: what is his reason for making bizarre faces in every photo that make him look like the sped that he is? Is it because he hates his own looks, and thinks he looks like a dope anyway, so may as well officially look like a dope? I don't get it at all.

He'd also be able to benefit from Ireland's extremely lax regulation of the Medical profession.
 
The Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust engaged the services of Dr Adrian Harrop Limited in the 2016/17 tax year. In total they paid his company £3,299. I've got redacted copies of his two invoices and they show 3 locum shifts of 11 hours each. This equates to around £100/hour. This appears to be direct to his Ltd Co net of any agency fees.
As he tends to rip out all income as a directors' loan it's a nice little earner. If an agency is involved there is likely to be at least an 8-10% margin. So for 2 shifts for a newly qualified locum, the NHS had to fork out in excess of 4k for the services of this dipshit.

But then he's not a Labour supporter because he gives a shit about wealth inequality, he's with them because quite laughably the biggest issue within the main opposition party in the UK is blokes in dresses.
