He doesn't act like a man who's afraid of the sack, I suspect he's that deep into this troon advocacy nonsense that he deems it more important than his career, if he loses a job so be it, he'll probably love the martyrdom it will give him among the troons and the woke. If he got fired and jessen, Owen jones and a few others supported him it could actually give his joke of a media career a push.
 
Regulatory bodies typically take a long time in their decision-making process. He’s probably behaving himself in the meantime so he can claim that he’s now being a very good little boy.

We had this argument earlier on regarding the GMC. I very much doubt they're going to take action against him, I think what Harrop is most worried about is his reputation among GP practices, which have a lot more discretion in how they operate than most arms of the NHS.

Terven intel suggests that wheels are in motion at the GMC. I guess the problem the investigators have is that it’s never ending. Someone submits an evidenced statement and then the crazy doc decides to reach new untrammelled heights of exceptional behaviour.

If, as alleged, a number of Harrop’s victims have been asked to give statements, then they will need to be updated as to the outcome, whether NFA or something more.

So this is the problem, who are Harrops victims? People that he was rowing with on Twitter...

The GMC is really going to be focused on complaints from actual patients of Harrops. His tweets will only really become an issue if they're used to support a complaint from someone he's actually treated.

People should do some research into the GMC, they only take action against members when they have no other option. The only reason they have the disciplinary powers that they do, is that if they didn't the government would long ago have created a (possibly) independent body to do the job.

Complaining to the GMC is a waste of time. Those stories in the Guardian about how racism is the reason for the number of complaints against doctors that trained in Africa or the Indian sub continent. Those stories most likely originated from within the GMC.

There are far worse Doctors than Harrop practicing in the UK. People need to be aware of that when they're indulging in fantasies of the GMC dispensing justice.

I also have some intel from the Terven. I have seen one response from the GMC stating they are aware and dealing with the Dear Doctor's social media behaviour.
I have seen another response from the GMC that the matter the complainant bought up with them is outside of their remit and will not be investigated.
Harry The Chav does have some outstanding complaint(s) about him that the GMC are investigating. This meeting was to have been done in Nov 2019 or thereabouts, so it's been delayed or Harry is under an NDA at the moment.

I think it's always worth complaining to the GMC, or any other professional body, if the complaint falls under their remit. It's like drops of water on a stone, expect nothing initially, but sheer amounts will eventually triumph. The other important thing about complaints is that they comprise a record/history of problematic behaviour. So when eventually the shit hits the fan there's a log of similar incidents going back years, which underline the pattern of being exceptional.

Most of these orgs exist to avoid government interference, and they do this by burying whatever cases they can (usually with a patient as the complainant), but also by punishing people who make the profession look bad. Making the GMC and doctors generally look bad can be a bigger deal to a disciplinary body than what people do with patients. Its dumb, but it is a self preservation thing.

I don't think he'll have much of a media career after publicly melting down in obvious misogynistic rage any time a woman disagrees with him. He is a singularly unappealing man with freakish, insane seeming mannerisms and behaviors.

It depends, current affairs commentators in the caliphate these days seem to succeed based on their ability to say controversial or stupid things without overstepping the mark.

Their success is defined by how hated they are and how much negativity they can get. See Piers Morgan and Owen Jones, the 2 most successful media commentators here are complete trolls who do nothing more than try to piss people off, and they're both very good at it. They piss people off, people share their videos and call them a wanker, the TV station gets views, rinse and repeat.

Harrop already has that battle won, every time he'll appear on TV from now on you can guarantee there'll be an army of TERFs foaming at the mouth, sharing the videos and getting the TV company more views.
