He looks like a cat we used to have that I named Cricket. He would fall asleep on back of recliner, then roll off and hit the ground still in sleeping position and not move. Hed wait until you asked if he was dead then look at you and meow. If cats can be autistic he had to be.View attachment 5908069
This is Keith back when he was skinny and had both eyes and was yet to be neutered and ear tipped. He's a serial cheater. I went looking for him tonight and he was sitting on the porch of the house he hangs out at. I talked to the guy there and let him know he wasn't abandoned after we moved a block away and that we can't keep him inside. He usually only stays the night here unless the weather is bad. Darn cat wouldn't follow me this time and I don't want to force him. The guy said he's fine there. He knows where we live now so he can come back when he wants. Carrying him back is out of the question. He's over 13 lbs and I am weaksauce.
He no longer goes to the old house as far as I can tell. That's the back porch in the picture. I think the reason he keeps going back to places he used to is because he wants to keep his territory. This block is already full of cats. Although he was born in the house pictured he's more of a community cat I guess. I wasn't living there when he was born so I have no idea why he was not neutered when he should have been. I really wish I had been there to early intervene so he'd be a housecat. I managed to do it with my two foundling kittens. It just takes effort to keep them in.
Eeeeee it's a gray tux!
I have two polydactyl cats of the thumb type. I will post thumbs soon since I know its against the rules to mention the kitty without posting a pic of them.my cat has thumbs
