No he will not, my Eb was neutered and he still sprayed. You have to get them before they start spraying.Can you get him neutered? He'll stop pissing on things once the testosterone is out of his system.

It can go either way. I also knew a cat once that was neutered early and never sprayed until he observed feral toms doing it. It's worth a try.
