I may not have a cat (feline) but I spent the summer raising three monarch CATerpillars

I forget which one this was, (I think she is the youngest) I forgot to give them names and also forgot to check the gender of the first one that emerged but the other two were female. Basically, I forget a lot of things
In the last day before pupating they tore through 2 milkweed leaves in about 2 hours and that was 2 milkweed leaves each, I had to go find wild milkweed because they ate almost all of mine
 
I'm petsitting for my folks this week, so I get to visit this sweetheart:

She's a massive blob, but the cuddliest cat I've ever met.
 
Technically, she's my dad's cat. She only comes out when I'm around, since they don't play with her often. This is Sweet Pea. She enjoys staring at people in the middle of the night and nearly giving them heart attacks.

He likes to sleep on napkins and he's a cuddle monster. He also gives negative fucks about everything. Knock him over with your foot? He decides it's time to lie down anyway. Try to annoy him? He purrs because you're giving him attention. Try to pick up a blanket he's laying on? He's going with it. Put him in a box? Sure thing. Place him in a bag and carry him around? Hey, free ride. Give him a bath? Not his thing, but whatever.

And he doesn't just rub up against you; he bumps so you know you're getting loved on.

EDIT: and every single one of his toes is black like his nose. He also has a single black whisker but it's hard to see.
 

This is another cat of mine. Her name's Jetta. She's really chill and will let you pet her wherever, plus she's very fluffy.
