DG999's first major alt which he has since given up. He was basically trying to play up the unknowing, innocent summer child which got poorly treated by the community he entered, only to then draw multiple parallels to DG999's DB profile in his ToD profile, and heating up old rivalries while creating new ones with deliberate trolling. He did not last until the slow death of ToD funnily enough, with killerratte throwing the final blow.

I've been itching to work on a project again, having long since abandoned ZDF and DB... haven't even touched ToD, seems like diminishing returns. Fuck it, I like the idea of doing that stuff here.

I am fully sharing that sentiment. Troonworld is already known as to why, DB is dead and now 40iq's echo chamber, and ToD is not dedicated to the craft. Drama and politics were the more common threads on ToD, and the le evil schizos (me and slav) usually brought the most active topics. There was not much to look forward to and now stodgytard is stuck with absolutetly nothing! I may recommend staying on Kiwi as well, since that is the most active "outcast" side of Doom in recent weeks. As for Lolcows there are not much I can think of as I do not care less for that side of Web melodrama, but the ones I can think of are boogie, Keemstar, the PS4 controller fattie, DSP, and for good measure one of the many trooned Doom YouTubers, say ThatNukemGuy, MtPain27, and/or GermanPeter. Those would be of a good roster to thunk about.

Ah, okay. Isolation was a community project on TroonWorld, sort of a speedmapping thing. The maps were really good. I've done a compilation of the final versions.

Here I am again, bumping this good old thread with an update regarding my Doom 1 project! To cut it short: E1M1, after a week-long pause, is nearly finished...and then will go on another pause as I will be busy for multiple days offering some help away from home. Its sad, but the project will still continue on after I come back and be finished for once. It definetly lives up to the standards of E1 with an unique twist or two. And no, I will provide no screenshots for it, that will come once the map is finished and serve, as the map itself, as an appetizer of whats to come, including the other custom graphics and patches applied, with all I can reveal is that it will be Vanilla-compatible with v1.9 of Ultimate.
