Kabscorner the imposter had one succesful callout tweet, then realized it got their she-dick (I assume) hard and they took it upon themselves to keep going. They're not exactly a saint either.

Why the fuck would anyone wanna even associate with someone like SonicFox who would throw you under the bus just to look good? That's not a "friend", that's just someone manipulating you while telling you they're your friend.

I don't wanna be the "ackshually" guy, but I think Lil Nas X just wanted him to get him a fursuit as some novelty, either that or maybe he thought he made his own suit. He did settle with a maker that has a reputation for making fursuits for popular people to get clout, though.

The celebrities who get fursonas or fursuits actually do belive it's just a hobby, and not a life-long obsession. Imagine a bunch of hot air balloon enthusiasts going "want a miniature model of your own balloon?" and they imagine getting a cute mantle piece or some shit. That's all a fursuit is to these people. Like getting a novelty NBA jersey.

Little do they know what kind of sickos jerk off to this kind of recognition.

I don't like or dislike Sonicfox himself that much but I can tell you a person I know who may be affiliated with that ideology concurs with me being arguably this person's best friend. (not sonicfox's, I don't know 'em.) I feel radical progressives as a whole don't often have deep friendships, a lot of it stems from the self loathing that characterises some of the personalities that become radicalised and concepts do the rest. Friendships are built, predominantly, on self respect. When you have long lasting bonds you find a lot of the quantifying and categorising you do to discern right from wrong falls apart as real people are messy and straddle boundaries and often have messy pasts, for one it implies inherent amnesty from judgements or commandments that the progressives want to be made universal and have applied equally. (an example: let's say you say the N word around one as a joke but wouldn't in public, for one reason or the other)

Friends are a very tribal and antiquated prospect in this sense, you can almost feel culturally instilled rites and rituals compel your emotions through simply associating with one. It's probably a hard written concept in our evolution. So when it comes to a set of entirely separate progressive ideals rooted in tribalism and post modernistic concepts it's easy for potential friends to not find a place for this idea within that framework. It kind of contradicts it; giving someone special treatment, believing you yourself are worth that, etc. You trip at the first step if you're not able to do either. But yeah to go full circle to my first point, it leaves me sad that some bum like me is this friend of mine's best friend although we have been through a lot together. You'd think they'd have cultivated a comparable bond to my schlock in all this time we generally spend apart but their life seems happy on the whole at least. edit: and full of social activity too. But I do worry if they'll get thrown under the bus if something happens

Fairly certain Lil Nas X will just use the suit in a music video or two and that's it. A fursuit wouldn't look put of place in a music video, even if it's rap.

As much as I hate to agree with the ultragay furfag he has a point, when something becomes a fetish to you the shock value is severely diminished, just look at 4chan’s reaction to someone posting TBOF whenever it’s posted in a furry thread. That said, I’d LOVE to see his reaction to someone drawing a pic of his fursona getting butchered like a pig or given the same treatment foxes get once they enter the fur industry.
