I don't pretend to understand how futures market work or even if it's super determinate on price but the amount of sell order above market price are outnumbering the buying orders by a huge margin, This should mean the unit price is supposed to go down as more people is willing to sell to a certain price than people willing to buy... and yet, here we are.

From what I've been looking into, a lot of those sell orders might be fakes, intended to close position as soon as the price reaches range in order to inflate the market price. So, yeah, there's that.
