I TTS'd this. Answer is no.

I asked awhile back for permission to make a halal. Even though no permission is needed for someone like him he doesn't have enough content outside of KF for a thread.

They should merge all of his old sock accounts together into the one he’s using now. They’ve done it to people in the past so it certainly is possible.

That would explain why the picture looks like he's in a pitch black room, also would explain why he keeps saying he's very pale.

The guy probably looks like Gollum.

It's his multiple accounts and him ending up having spergitoried threads on most of them that is the interesting stuff. Him sperging in chat is only 1/3rd of what makes him entertaining. Did I mentioned he used to make youtube videos?
