No way. While you'd never run out of the ramen ingredient of the shit log puzzle, the other necessary parts might not be as equally abundant and therefore you cannot reliably produce such a continuous form of feces.

The problem is it takes a fair bit of time for your tummy to digest your food into poo-poo. Your stomach has to physically break down your food to absorb the nutrients needed to fuel your body and the byproducts of that process gets condensed into the desired shit log. Eventually the the deep throating of ramen will out pace the digestive power of your stomach and its going to get backed up especially if your slurping it whole like some fat horse fucking movie critic. The only way to get the desired continuous rope would be to completely bypass digestion and feed the noodle directly though you intestines, and unlike in your hidden hentai stash this will probably cause a fair bit of harm since the body can't take being flossed with cheap Japanese noodles.
