Does anyone actually enjoy eating pie crust?

ive been eating some pies lately as the festive season begins and ive really been thinking about pie crust and how it is one of the most disgusting pieces of grain you can consume.
for clarity im talking about the end pieces that are just condensed pie crust, the thin crust around the whole thing is fine.

There's pie crust and then there's pie crust, just like there's Wonder Bread and then there's artisan sourdough. You get someone who can make a proper buttery flaky delicate crust and make sure it's not burnt bitter, it's just fine with whatever filling you got in your pie.

That's the best part. If you don't want yours, I'll eat it. Same with pizza crusts. In exchange, you can have the frosting from cupcakes, I hate that stuff.
