I've always heard people on the right use the term based almost as if it's an exclusive word for the right wingers, but do any leftists use it?
If so I've never heard one utter it.

They seem to use it ironically only. People on the right seem to use it to appreciate something.

One thing that caused me a lot of irritation with fellow leftists was how few of them can enjoy or appreciate anything anymore.

But I have an account here now, so am Nazi.

BASED.

The left is continually about 5-10 years behind the right when it comes to adopting and using terminology, hence why they currently think calling people "snowflakes" and telling them to go to their "safe spaces" is some kind of epic, devastating own. At the current rate I expect them to start using the word "based" sometime in around late 2025.

Yeah they also use it on stuff that fits their ideal worldview, i.e. anything progressive and all that.
