There's no amount of cream or lotion in the world that's going to save those things. Those tattoos were messed up the day they were put on your skin.
You need a better artist to go back over the tattoos. That nightmare dreamer tattoo looks like it's raised above the skin which means the artist pushed down way too hard, and the rest of them look like somebody did them with India ink and a prison tattoo gun.
I mean no offense, I'm just saying for maybe $100 dollars each you could get all of them touched up and looking really good. Except the nightmare dreamer one, there's really nothing you can do about that one other than wait for it to age a little bit and hope it doesn't bleed.
