Do you have any night time rituals?

Not really, at some point I realize I'm tired, it's the appropriate time to be tired, and then I go lay down and I'm usually out.
Also if I can cue up enough audio content to where I can shut off my monitor and I know it'll last for hours that's cool. Whether that's music or preferably slightly creepy narrative stuff, there are channels with playlists that are like 23 hours straight of lovecraft or w/e, you go to sleep and wake up after 8 hours and it's still nowhere near done.

Then there are nights like tonight where I've been spending the last 4 hours cooking, drinking whiskey and watching stupid documentaries.

As for having sex, I tell myself people who are hitched up these days are probably either boring or old so I doubt they're boning regularly anyways.

Does spending hours laying in bed thinking "I wish I could sleep, I have so much to do tomorrow!" count?

If so I do that most nights.
My body laughs at prescription sleeping pills.
It is not uncommon for me to sleep every other day.
It kinda sucks.

I spend a while cuddling and patting my pet rats until we're all boggling in happiness. Then I go to bed and stare into the darkness, wishing I could sleep.

If I can't sleep (which is pretty often) I like listening to ambient noises from forests and oceans. I have an entire playlist for when I can't sleep.

Just before I go to bed I pet my kitty a little bit and I do this because sometimes it results in my kitty following me and then lying next to me while I sleep.

Lay in bed on my tablet and rot my brain with kiwifarms, youtube and shitty anime to drown out the anxiety
I drink a full bottle of water.
This will probably kill me at the end
The government is putting chemicals in the water that turn the frogs into trannies stop while you still can

Let me guess, your diet is perfectly on point and you jog 10 miles a day?

I dump a line of salt in front of my bedroom door in a vain attempt to keep the sleep paralysis demon from visiting me while I sleep.
You rang?
