I don't really like bananas. I mean, they're great on top of yogurt, or as part of a PB sandwich, banana bread is delicious etc. But the fruit by itself I have to force myself to take more than one bite, and if they have any brown on the peel, I can't even do that. It has to be slightly green around the edges and have a firm texture, no mushiness.

If you eat it refrigerated, it reduces the odor and the flavor and consistency bears a resemblance to vanilla ice cream.

Every grapefruit I have tried is repellant in terms of sheer bitterness.

Fresh durian tastes amazing, but white people overwhelmingly refuse to eat things that smell like human feces. There are cultivars of durian that don't smell like anything, but I think their reputation is already ruined.

Durians do look like yellow shit, so the smell seems accurate.

I ate a rotten watermelon when I was a kid once, It made me sick for days.
I still haven't been able to stomach another one.
