I am both a pasty fuck and a lightweight, so I get a pretty dramatic facial flush depending on what I drink. Beer usually doesn't do much but whisky definitely shows on my face.

Vans used to sell some shoes with a red and white "stipple" pattern that I can't find a picture of on the internet, but I can make my face look like it if I drink a lot.

It's just to show people how the shoes looked. I'm not an alcoholic (anymore).
