Do Women need rights?

So logically, considering what we know about Women, with not only hormonally influenced acute onset psychosis, but monthly period issues, polysystic ovary syndrome, poorer strength and reaction times, and marketing firms discovering they are more easily swayed by propaganda. Was it the correct thing to give them more rights?

I mean I don't hate Women, but at a societal level when you want stability, objectively, they appear to be a massive liability.

Maybe it's just the patriarchal media telling me all this. But if the media was patriarchal I'd have giant boobed news readers with low cut blouses every night.

Women would be pregnant over 100 year ago continuously, if they were married, and yet the children born would be dead by 0 or 1 due to disease or other factors. Modern science has made that issue nearly obsolete. It's like humans biologically are way behind the technological advancements we have today.

It's hard to make an argument for increased birthrates when such a thing simply isn't sustainable worldwide. It's like arguing that the stockmarket price should endlessly grow. This is more about Womens statistical problems when it comes to participating in the workforce and larger society. If they aren't taking care of children caused by low birth rates due to rights and education, and they are a liability as a worker, and they are too swayed by propaganda and public opinion. What the hell do we do?

Of course they should have rights. That doesn't mean absolute equality; I don't think we should have female cops (desk jobs are okay), politicians (certain local government jobs are fine), or soldiers (unless we're in dire straits) for example, but let them do virtually anything else they want within reason.
