No. Jews are an ethnic group.
"Jews" refers to both an ethnic group and adherents of Jewish Law.

There are some Jews who don't adhere to Jewish Law. These Jews are ethnically Jewish.

There are some Jews who aren't ethnically Jewish. These Jews adhere to Jewish Law.

There are some Jews who are both ethnically Jewish and adhere to Jewish Law.
 
You mean someone who doesn't believe God exists, but believe Jesus is God?

Or someone who believes there was a Jesus of Nazareth in history who died, resurrected, and ascended to heaven, but that this happened with a non-supernatural explanation?
 
Is the concept the same as "social Christians"? Those are basically people who value Christianity's contributions to society and support its morals, but are either Agnostic or Atheist.
