The answer is yes and there has been at least one in real life. The articles were all written during peak woke and the case tried in the hellhole of Seattle so it can be a confusing read, but this was born first name Taylor and then changed it to Tyler.

Sorry to necro, but I knew of 2 troons/pooners who were Nazis back when I was still a Neo Nazi. Here are pics of one of them. The flag in the back is a modified Strasserist flag, a branch of Nazism from pre WW2

I once read a story of a woman who spent her days disguised as a man. She'd go around with her fascist gang beating the shit out of their enemies. No one ever realized she was a woman perhaps because she was particularly ugly. I cannot remember where or when this took place.
