True Meniere's disease is very rare.

The dizziness of Meniere's disease is supposed to be rotational/vertiginous in nature.

So it's supposed to be "I got blackout drunk and now I'm lying on the floor and the ceiling won't stop spinning" dizzy as opposed to "I feel lightheaded" dizzy.

If you're not getting vertigo so bad you're throwing up/feeling extremely nauseous and are so off balance, stumbling and dizzy you have to lie down while keeping your head still in one position, probably not. Even then, maybe not.
Go to the Doctor, ear shit is horrible, we can't diagnose you, and you shouldn't mess about with things that close to your brain.
Edit:ignore, read your other thread. No other suggestions.

Well, I have had Meinere's disease for over 25 years, and it sure sounds like your symptoms match the typical profile. Go to your doctor and get a referral to an otolaryngologist. The sooner you get treated, the more likely you'll be able to preserve what's left of your hearing, and arrest the vertigo before it literally cripples you.
