Do construction signs have anti theft measures?

I was living in a city while going to college. I rented an apartment on a road they were gentrifying and they kept putting up "no parking" signs so the closest spots were a few blocks away. I kept taking them down. By the end I had around 8 signs i'd put up in the more snooty areas.

Not that I'm aware of, except the massive passive anti-theft feature of anyone outside of a road worker lugging one around looking mighty suspicious while doing it.
This can be mitigated by wearing high visibility work clothes during the theft, as passers-by will most likely mistake you for a road worker and take no notice.

Many years ago at a friends birthday party, the host decided he wanted one of the blinking yellow lights you are describing to have for his own. It was a quiet residential street so all we did was throw the folding metal barricade with the light attached into the back of my friends van. What we didn't expect was that the barricade was heavier than it looked, maybe around 50 pounds but moreover, how bright this light was. Considering its purpose is to warn drivers up to 100 meters away that there is an obstruction in the road should have occurred to us.

Another friend kept the barricade + light in his parents garage overnight, with the light flashing every couple of seconds throughout the night being easily visible all the way down the street through the garage window.

IIRC, the light was attached with big rivets that had to be drilled out and one giant 3/8" (?) bolt holding the light and battery assembly to the barricade. The party host friend who wanted the light kept it for a single night in his bedroom and then decided to ditch it somewhere because he was worried about GPS trackers and the fact that the light is ridiculously bright and annoying, blinking every other second when you have it inside a persons bedroom at night.

hard hats let you get away with so much.

Look on the back, if nothing is on it no.

Not that in college we ever stole an entire traffic light for our apartment. After that the local area put little tracker things on even basic signs. But if no box that kinda looks like size of 2 cigars, it's free game. You're a tax payer, you can take it.

This is a post in fortnite.
