Ha ha ha! No.

The American "Nigger" is pronounced "nigga" like bigger is pronounced bigga.
The word, "Nigga" is pronounced "nigger" like how America is pronounced Americur or Australia is pronounced Australier.

Rule of thumb for speaking British, if it ends in R, pronounce it with an A. If it ends in A, pronounce it with an R.
