They added a bunch of same-sex couple emojis. Also, all the human emojis are yellow-ish by default now. I think it's just to make them aracial, contrary to what people thought before (which was that the yellowish hue was supposed to represent Asians or something).

I think it's pretty cool, honestly. I'd love to update my phone to get the new emojis but don't feel like it (my phone's jailbroken, it's absolute hell updating with a jailbroken device).
 
The base emoji for Santa has a piss yellow beard even though all of the modifiers give him a white beard.

That reminds me of all the times I've needed to emote "I have my hands over my head" and "I'm doing my nails".

You're kidding. Must be trend for new companies that become popular today to add diversity in unnecessary areas. Seriously? Emoticons? They're harmless.


I don't even use emojis. Just the simple
