I think if Disney's stock crashes within the next 3 years without a general depression it'll be because Disney didn't go into streaming back in ~2010. Netflix went digital in 2007. Disney + was released in late 2019. Netflix had a 12 year head start on them. If you read articles even Netflix is surprised at how fucking long it took for real competition to emerge. They wouldn't have even had to build much of anything, even back then there were probably tons of streaming service startups begging to be snatched up.

Back in 2010 Netflix was just the place you could watch any given rerun. I rather miss when they had a little bit of everything instead of every company getting greedy.

This is the company that kept shoving shit into the Disney Vault forever, driving sales because of the marketing ploy of exploiting the fear of missing out.

On-demand access to their movies and shows was likely considered to be anathema.

Disney channel had a pedo on who claims to be "non-binary" and was explaining They/Them pronouns. He explained shit as I still don't understand how They/Them are a pronoun and I'm still convinced you should be considered mentally ill if you do so.

Also he looks like man who fucks childern and even sounds like it. Fuck disney!!!
And they allowed a sex offender to work on Zach and Cody.

Is Alien considered Disney related now? Since they technically own the IP?
People are claiming that Alien was "always political" to defend the fact the new show was described as being about "inequalities" with no other detail or info about it; essentially implying it's woke garbage.

Isn't a big part of the movie that Weyland-Yutani considered the crew expendable fodder? I don't see how that's not trying to say something.

yeah, Alien has the matters of management vs the more blue collar parts of the ship's crew, and The Company above everybody, 3 has the prison dynamic
it's not the entire point of Alien movies but I think there's a case to be made for it as an aspect

It's not a massive part of the movie. It is a part of it for sure and it's why Ash allows the Alien to run amuck.

And even then, you do realise modern western sensibilities are far more out of touch and aggressive with a touch of racial and gender hysteria right?
It's gonna be seen in a similar light to how Right Wingers believed in creationism someday lol.
