In a bit of good news, the early seasons of The Simpsons are now available to watch in their original aspect ratio on Disney+.

Can someone edit the npc wojack into this cause honestly All I can hear is that same droning robotic voice repeating these statements over and over again.

Update on Disney and its Covid stuff:
Have a trip in October (booked last October), they just cancelled all of my dining reservations because the new rule is 60 days out even with an annual pass.

We stand for inclusion.

We here at Multinational Corporation want to let you know that we care deeply about your money. To this end, we'll pledge support for a band of arsonists and thieves because we're told this will end Racism. We've also been told that this will appeal to the coveted 18-34 demographic, who've been brainwashed by social media into supporting this behavior. We look forward to devoting more and more of our company profits into promoting Ideological Cause, until All Companies Are One, and Profits are nothing but a Social Construct. All Hail Emperor Soros and the New World Order!

Twitter is apparently trying to cancel fucking Splash Mountain because it's racist or some shit, even though literally all the kinda-racist themes from the original Song of the South are buried deep in Disney's vaults and they refuse to let them see the light of the day.

This is the stupidest fucking thing.

The Brer Rabbit characters getting divorced from Uncle Remus is a good thing. At least I know Disney isn't listening.

Honestly, Disney should just pull a Warner Brothers and release Song of the South with a disclaimer in the beginning like the latter did with their offensive Looney Tunes/Tom and Jerry cartoons. Not only does the film get released but Disney could potentially get clout for showing that they’ve moved on from their past and the Splash Mountain ride actually has something Disney-related that it’s themed after that people know of. Hiding it is just going to start things like this because Disney never really opened a discussion about the movie and why people find it offensive/non-offensive, and not doing anything to establish the Brer Rabbit property outside of the more racist connotations has done little to help.

But it could also backfire tremendously on them considering how other instances similar to this have been handled.
