Had 2 moderately normal friends join that Discord on separate occasions. One "found out" they were a tranny, joined a gang bullying of some other tranny to the point of deleting all their social medias and YouTube content, despite being fairly harmless and possibly even have an audience out there, and the other was himself bullied out for 'just' being a white gay.
It's not even about sexuality anymore, it's finding new ways to label yourself with 'depth' and gatekeeping others. This year? Wanting to be a brainwashed sissy. 28 years from now? Dill picke supremacy, who the fuck knows.

Ironically, having been in a few small streamer Discords, I've actually only come across these channels as being the only space in which people are genuine. Usually they're called #real-life or something else, but people show up like "Oh, today was a bit moot Pepesad", and a few people compare or relate or say something that isn't just "OMG HUN SO SAD XOXO".
Of course, these are majorly european where a bit of headwind doesn't result in life-long debt or urge to cut your wrists, so there's less to whine about. Still, rather see people play-pretend sad than post gooning porn all day.

After putting her kid to bed at 7pm she sets herself up in the kitchen because anywhere else would wake him up. She gets changed into her fellow kids costume and logs on to discord to escape the dehumanisation of motherhood for a few hours. This discord is absolute comedy, 50% of the server is LGBT (I did count) and it has a pronoun bot, it's one of those typical servers where everyone has neo pronouns, has some sort of sexuality or different gender from the one at birth and they're all coincidently interested in digital art and are all teenage girls, the moment you walk in you can't make a single joke or say a single slur unless YOU OWN IT (in their own words), so if you're gay you can say faggot, beyond that there is total censorship, trigger warnings ranging from something like blood and gore to 'gross stuff' and a trigger warning channel so people can memorise 112 member's triggers

And the admin (shister) is a total joke, if you just take a quick look at instagram or any social media they/he/she have/has you realize that they claim to have like 10 mental disorders and 5 physical problems like hypermobility, depression, anxiety, anorexia, abnormal heartrate, depersonalisation and other various issues, new one almost every month or so.
