Yeah, same with manatees. For manatees they're actually not too distantly related to elephants, along with hyraxes who also have internal testicles. They all belong to a group known as the Afrotherians(translates to "African beasts") which lack "descended testicles". Hyraxes are also adorable but disgusting people make perfume out of their fossilized piss and shit.
