Vincent Infinito Sr has taught (not law actually but "criminal justice") at Park University since 1990. His suspension from the bar would've (I think) been done in 1986, not sure what he did in the interim but if I had to guess he was sleazing it up the whole time. Like I said if this went down today in the age of Google he probably couldn't have landed such a respected job even a number of years after the scandal let alone having been suspended from the bar. That's probably his greatest "accomplishment," convincing people that everything was OK. Stealing from the retarded is definitely not that. The mind boggles.

My comment about "accomplishment" was that one would think that the grandson of a one-time attorney and professor would be doing more with his life than living virtually as an orbiter of a "vulnerable(/dangerous) adult."

Truth really is stranger than fiction. And memery aside this does sound like a "colorful" (and greasy) family. Not to say that they are some crime outfit but just that they seem to be the type to have mixed in that milieu. Most of the women look to be religious and the men to be scumbags. Which is not an uncommon mix in old school Italian families. Vin Jr's encounter with the cop in 2008 is particularly interesting scummery though. Anyone really might get a DUI but it takes a special kind of asshole to, wholly unnecessarily, antagonize the cops into tacking on additional charges. He was between 11ish and his late teens when all his dad's legal troubles were going on, so that must have been an odd (and formative) few years as his relationship with authority goes. It does look like that side of the family in general adopts a Fox News-style conservative outlook on things but as much as that outlook worships law enforcement a lot of them are easily as nasty with them as their political opponents.
