Even if his channel wasn't in freefall, why would he be surprised by this? Content creators tend to do better when they put out their content, like streams, on a consistent schedule. Of COURSE doing the Seethe a day early will result in lower turnout, because the viewers that want to support you aren't expecting it a day early if you don't broadcast out the schedule change!

Ehhhh...part of the issue with Jones's case is the $1 billion wasn't JUST from the allegations. It was also due to Jones and his team fucking up majorly multiple times, according to what I've heard. IIRC, there were many times Jones should've shown up in court and didn't even when he'd been told to do so, constant misfilings and ridiculous shit from his side. From what I've heard, in one case, his side was held in contempt of court even before the trial started, because they did not produce proper documentation of witnesses and evidence in the standard pre-trial hearings. Hell, that's one of the reasons some of his trials got "default judgements" when him actually following the rules and regs could probably have saved him some money. Also didn't help that in the big trial (Lafferty et al. vs Jones), after getting a guilty verdict but before the sentencing, the retard went on air and said "Do these people actually think they're gonna get any money?" Apparently even his legal team saw he was shit because a couple of weeks before the verdict, they tried to have the judge drop them from the case; the judge denied the claim stating this was something like the 13th time in 4 years where lawyers on Jones's side had requested being dropped or replaced. Essentially, the dude was basically more radioactive than Chernobyl at this point. The man got his $1.4 billion blowout because he (and by extension his team) were absolute retards from beginning to end in that whole shit show.
TL;DR: Jones and his team committed a LOT of stupid shit actions during their various trials, which is ultimately why he got hit with that $1.4 billion bill. If they'd kept their heads down and followed the rules, he probably would've gotten off with SIGNIFICANTLY smaller fines.
That aside, we don't even need Jones to show Dev would have no problem with the state moving against his ideological opponents. He's shown that desire multiple times before.

This also betrays their lack of understanding of physics and energy conversion between states of matter. An ICE engine is the most efficient at converting gas into energy. Electric cars require conversion of natural gas into heat, which boils water, which in turn spins a turbine to create electricity which is then stored in a battery made of caustic chemicals currently sourced from the third world.
