I have no idea who that corn guy is. His twitter feed is like 90% retweets, the pattern suggests he's a 'left of center' shitlib. Seems like he would have gotten along great with Dev, except on the israel thing it appears.
 
Dev already believes in the most extreme positions from the left, and the most extreme prescriptions against the right. He’s just trying to build a case that he, as a “ “ “ Centrist “ “ “, had absolutely no choice in believing the most extreme leftist slop to return to a 90s lib utopia.

That’s why he’s always looking for a “See! They did/said X (when they actually didn’t) my hands are tied!”.

XD personally I think he deserves his own thread. But that's Jake. Formerly of Hugo and Jake's Bible reloaded. And no, he's not left of center. He's very far left. easily the favorite blur joke I’ve seen is the comments under this kind of artwork where you can tell it’s something horrendous and it’s always like “yawn, idk this doesn’t really do it for me anymore”

As it turns out by the time you get this deep you can’t exactly be said to have a normal sense of taste.

I don’t even think the artists understand why they want it like that they just keep throwing more and more insane shit out and the wierdos just adjust their tastes faster than they can innovate.
 
Noteworthy things about this week's seeth:
  • Dev will be transitioning to the new brand here pretty soon. He has a long form video that will be out in a couple of weeks, and after that he wants to change the name of the main channel.
  • Dev claims that the drama response videos are still coming before the rebrand.
  • Dev still wants to move this year despite extending his lease, he plans on going somewhere with an office where he can work alone.
  • Dev plans on making some short form videos on Anti-woke grifters like Grumms.
  • Dev received criticism of still taking MDMA, and he said that the drug actually helps him focus. He hasn't renewed his prescription this month, but plans on relying on it for work.
  • Dev doubles down on the Peanut the Squirrel controversy. After Mark Longo won the court case, Dev says that it's good he won but since he didn't get the license for Peanut, that Mark grifted over Peanut's death.
That is all that is worth talking about for this week's seeth.

One thing that I found curious was his brief asides on Sargon, particularly a prospective/hypothetical video on everything he thinks Sargon is wrong about:


Interesting to see him talking about the bridge being burned when Sargon himself, as we see in previous clips in this thread, is surprisingly warm and congenial towards Dev and doesn't seem as though he objects to a reconciliation. Whenever it comes to Sargon it's crazy, Dev starts behaving like a giant baby. As though this bridge burned isn't down to how he responded to a literal in-group argument over D&D and the belief Sargon mistreated him that was planted by this mysterious cabal of other youtubers (I'm growing increasingly sceptical of that line and am more inclined to think now that Dev is just an ass and making it up to cover for that).

He later commented on Sargon's latest critique of Marxism. I don't know enough to comment about it but found it interesting that Dev's suggesting his reply guy antics or twitter are disarming Sargon, as though he hasn't been ignoring most of his shit on twitter for months now.


I still want to know what Dev's idea of walking away is, he can never seem to stop talking about or nipping at Sargon's heels.
 
Maybe he is mad at Sargon because Carl isn't taking his bait and constantly attacking him for being a retard. We have all seen how Dev thinks people being mad at him is some sort of proof he is right or making a good point. Sargon's refusal to keep engaging and just moving on probably makes him seethe.

I had to look up what the hell MDMA is because I'm not a degenerate... it's ecstasy. Wikipedia says there's studies where it's been tested as a treatment for PTSD and autism, but I don't think even Canada is that far gone to prescribe it to fat retards.

I'm convinced Sargon is seen as some kind of event horizon in the careers of his dingleberries, and while Dev, Vee and Arch are completely aware just how much Sargon made them, for better or worse; Vee and Arch are completely aware that they would have never made it anywhere while Dev is coping and seething at the success breadtube retards have and blames Sargons sphere of influence for limiting his reach.

So Sargon puts on his little suit, and surrounds himself with young talent, and starts bringing in crazy income, and sort of moves on from the sektur shit, and rather than viewing himself as a frog getting shaken off the rocket as it exits the stratosphere, he sees himself as Yoshi being ditched by Mario for a slightly higher jump.

And so he can't understand why Arch and the rest aren't livid, he just assumes they and his fanbase are stupid, and he thinks just maybe, just maybe, if he says enough stupid shit he'll get recognized by the actual big fish swimming now.

But what he's now realized is that those people's images are carefully curated. They are incredibly fake and gay. It's all ragebait and aura farming and unfortunately he hinged his career on being a short, ugly, anime watcher and his intended audience is entirely vapid and aesthetically programmed. Even without Sargon even entering the picture, he's untouchable.
