This comment sums up how I feel perfectly. Remember the preponderance of evidence we had that Biden was sharp as a tack? And before the debate, how there wasn't any signs of either SFO, nor Biden's mental decline? Me neither. Dev has shown he submits to mainstream authority and only changes his views when the establishment and mainstream media does.

Dev can (or at least could) do some good autistic dives on specific subjects, but he only develops an opinion on current events when he feels it's safe to do so.

He is not gonna release it until he can find a way to wash Trudeau's obvious fucking power grab in a "he is just stupid not malicious guys" excuse. He cannot accept that his precious leaf land is a shithole, he can't accept that politicians in western liberal democracies would act with the exact same naked selfish powergrabs and ambition for power as autocrats, monarchs and dictators in the past or eastern europe or africa.

This. Canada's Tories and Liberal party are practically the same party. Same with NDP, They all bent the knee for unconstitutional edicts to be enforced during covid. For Dev to make a video on The Truckers he would have to address the fact that all Canadian parties besides PPC supported the lockdowns the shut down of Churches and arrest of Priests and Pastors(Have not heard of an Imam or Rabbi being arrested during Covid only Christian) Not to mention shutting down interprovincal travel, which again is against the Canadian constitution (Like it really means anything here anyways) Dev would have to address all of this and somehow make a case for the Government being in the right or simply uninformed not mallicious. Bernier was arrested for crossing into another Province to attend a campaign rally. No such thing happened to any other cantidate as far as I'm aware. Mark my words, if Dev ever puts out the Trucker video it will be one of his worst and most bad faith videos, I don't think he will be able to say what 90% of Canadians think. Unrelated but I have a feeling Dev lives in Brampton aka Brown Town, no evidence just a hunch. Unfortunatley we'll probably see Pierre Poilievre win the election and the status quo will remain.

Suddenly, when everyone in the mainstream starts saying Biden is a demented old man who should be put out his misery, he starts saying it too.

To expand on this. The man is the definition of a Midwit, someone of just slightly above average intelligence who then looks down on the lower ends of intelligence and gains the belief that in truth he is a genius. He then makes this the entire center of his empty, vapid, abyss of a life because he has literally nothing else going for him. He garners a following using decent, albeit far from fantastic, research capabilities to create videos but allows his own self-perception to become increasingly warped.

This summarizes 95% of the 'essay youtubers' I have looked at.

Dev in particular adds in an utter void where either charisma or grit would be on many of them. He lacks the charisma to be suave or to give witty ripostes, and he lacks the grit to either ignore people or hit back harder than a stiff breeze.

In short, the man has all the mental sharpness of a butter knife and lacks any other redeeming characteristic to fall back on when finally challenged.

Ya boi zack from comicsgate has been doing the same thing for around a month.
He got really butthurt that people didn't watch the movie Furiosa so he held anti sjw youtubers responsible for it.
Now all he does is praise the new star wars show while calling other youtubers and their viewers morons.
When people called him out and pointed out that he still hasn't finish his crowdfunding campaigns, he just deflected and said that comics "finished on time" are always bad.
It's been really funny watching him fight his audience
