Those are from the old Showbiz Pizza, which was later merged with Chuck E. Cheese's. It looks like a female Chuck E. Cheese to me, if mice can get sex changes. I wonder, after the Showbiz Pizzas got turned into Chuck E. Cheese's, most of those animatronics were converted into Chuck.

Actually, those turned into the chicken of the group, but that's another thing entirely.

As for those pictures, why the fuck did they go all the way and make the face even more nightmarish than on the actual robot?
 
Apparently, Claude Frollo, the medieval Hitler stand-in from Disney's The Hunchback of Notre Dame needs a look-alike cousin from every country:
