i can actually sorta explain the existence of this picture. sometimes in fnaf 2 you'll end up seeing a differently colored balloon boy for a second. some people have called this entity "balloon girl".

doesn't make that picture any less gross tho.

That is as creepy as the Saiyan milk image I shared on this thread some months back. This one is creepy since it's like @Wizzrobe said, it's like that one part from Family Guy only this is just creepy.
