I don't even know man, from the amount of shit I've seen DeviantArt, this is kind of tame. I do believe it can be considered art, not really good or tasteful, but it is art.
I think this nightmare of a user speaks for themselves. Take a look. I'm gonna rate this a very uncomfortable not safe for life.
