Although not horrifying as the other images, this drawing of a female Tikbalang can share one thing that is in common with bad art horrors from deviant art.: anatomy. Just look at her leg.
 
Apparently, when questioned about her hate for Amy Rose, she used to say "It's secret".
Recently she stated she disliked her due to her "hairstyle" which seems very unlikely.
 
Exactly how is she not like everybody else on DeviantArt? It's autism's greatest online stronghold. :roll:

Not wrong at all, because It's the truth. She's so sweet and friendly. My other hedgehog is grumpy and doesn't like being picked up.

It's like there's a tumor right at the ankle. Which leads me to question why she can still stand with it.

I can understand a Tikbalang would have legs like a horse but as you said, it looks like the has a tumor in the ankle. I feel that even if one tried to shift perspective, the ankle would still look rather big compared to the other.

No, just the ankle that is to our right. Really, I feel that shifting perspectives wouldn't make look any different in terms of size since the left ankle of the Tikbalang would still be bigger than the other. Anatomy can be a funny thing.

Possibly. I mean sometimes when I look at myself in the mirror, I kinda feel my face is a bit asymmetrical but then again there is distance and perspective that needs to be taken into account.
