That art isn't his, reverse image search, brings up that it was made by a user named DubstepBackup. He also reuploaded the picture himself as a way to save it I guess? I'll never understand dA autists who just reupload other people's art and then credit that person. There's a favorite feature for a reason.

All of his stuff is other peoples except the pictures of himself. But he was a dumb kid, what did you expect.
 
So recently I decided to check up on someone who's work has been discussed extensively in this thread, captainsoapbeard (aka cptsoapbeard) creator of this masterpiece (islamic content warning if that wasn't already clear) I posted earlier in this thread.
For those unaware, here's a sample of his art. Also it's worth nothing I collected all this art without being signed into dA. There's a lot more that's locked behind that or on Xitter.

But anyway, while in the process of finding this though, I came across an instagram account of the same name.

Now this seems pretty innocuous at first. Some poor Russian just happened to make his account with the same name as this infamous fetish artist. And this would be where the story ends if CSB wasn't a Russian himself, as indicated by his DeviantArt, Pixiv, and Xitter bios.

Also, sidenote, fuck Elon Musk for making me make an account on his shitty ass website.

If this didn't seem suspicious enough however, going to the VK link in the Instagram account's bio goes to a VK account of the same name, with an icon suspiciously similar to the icon used on the other accounts.

Both Alex's instagram and the CSB dA page have also shared THE SAME ART in the past, on days very close to each other.

There's also some more things to go into like his obsession with Toph from The Last Airbender (who is 12), the fact that he draws so many sexualized drawings of minors, the fact that the production of porn is banned in Russia, and the fact that this fucking idiot decided to name his personal Instagram the same thing as his FETISH ACCOUNTS. The lack of OpSec is fucking painful.

So here's the thing, I'm definitely starting to see a pattern with this artist I mentioned earlier. They have a complete understanding of the elements and style of the fetish and are capable of producing "decent"(in the context of this genre) work. The Yang art is an example, although the lack of secondary sex characteristics in this genre is rare. The thing though is that they draw the characters and seem to corrupt them via scenarios or covering them in disgusting sweat and grease.

The Lilo thing is fucking disgusting, and as a kid growing up watching the movies and show I feel violated by it. I can't imagine how somebody who seeks out this type of material would feel upon seeing it, but I truly hope that it bestows upon them a feeling of shame and disgust at themselves for being attracted to it.

My most optimistic take is that this artist is deliberately trying to solicit that shame, and produces their art to do that. I would need to see their full gallery though to confirm that, and I'm not going to scar my mind to prove a point.

There’s a large section of fat fetishists who are into this though. I don’t know how, but they get off on the disgusting aspect of it all.

Once again being proud of it is a consequence of porn addiction. It’s a weird microcosm to focus on yes, but it’s still the same shit you see from basically every coomer, someone with absolutely depraved sexual fantasies being completely open and honest with it. I think it also works doubly with this dude because all some poor Russian who meets him irl has to do is google his username or reverse image search his VK pfp to find out his dark side.

This is the biggest cope, I see amongst these people. You can't produce content like this without being way too into it. If you were to hand me a pencil, and a prompt for one of these images. I wouldn't know how to start, human anatomy(the basis of drawing figures) isn't applicable to produce it.

What you are describing is called "slob" in those circles, and as you've stated its the result of gooning on plain old vanilla fat of she and needing something more exciting to get that precious dopamine buzz. This usually starts off as messy eating or comically loud burping and admittedly most tend to draw the line there, but a growing number of porn addicts with disposable income/talent to waste are churning out putrid art so disgusting that you can small the broad bitches through the screen. I’ve actually posted something like this before in the fanfic horrors thread. That person also had a lot of other weird fixations. I distinctly remember yellow teeth and fishy pussy being a part of it. Porn addiction is a hell of a drug.

Sorry to hear that you went through that. You shouldn't feel bad for addressing that. It's not really that much of a power level. Everyone that has an extended family has had a grandparent, parent, uncle or aunt that they are close to that watched it happen. Some of whom have had to care for them.

I don't think the people who jerk off to it have had to care for a person suffering from these health conditions. If you are looking for some deeper psychological meaning to hardcore extreme fetish images like this, you are not going to find one. All of them stem from the same root. Deliberate delusional ignorance in pursuit of sexual satisfaction. They are deliberately delusional about the consequences of the realistic implications of their fetish. It's a fantasy for them. It's no different than ignoring the fatal drop in blood pressure for the hyper cock artist. The same goes for the catastrophic back and bodily integrity damage caused by having impossibly large breasts, being inflated or being a giant.
