It feels like half the time, this guy's making fun of others. Yet at the same time, is also posting them as fap material half the time.

That or they're being a tad too edgy. Though I don't know how much of it's intentional or not. Frankly, he comes off as an anomaly.

All of those characters are "anthro" versions of the puppets in the show (the sketchbook, "Red", the computer, and the clock), all saying quotes from the videos. It looks drawn in the same artstyle as crappy Undertale fanart, but it probably has nothing to do with it unless it's extra autistic.

I like how Teemie and the Angry Beavers are clip art and the rest are just drawn poorly. More lulzing at Fred, Wilma and Pebbles as furries, though.

The guy seems to inhabit his very own CWCville version of Brooklyn, where he is the owner of both a massive video games store chain called "Games City" and also a world famous modeling agency called "TNT Models and Authentic Girlz" Both of which he's made many brochures, ads, and posters for as well as plugging them both heavily in his comics.

I do wonder who he is, and I don't think he spends much time away from the computer so you're probably right. He has an almost infinitely huge gallery (though most of it is duplicates, our outright stolen) and a similar number of journals (overlong and incomprehensible). He's almost certainly a geek, but I'm inclined to believe there's some definite mental illness there.

Also, he's probably white.
