Oh yeah. These groups.

So basically it's all this kind of huge money pit that makes someone rich in the end where people just slap a design on an already drawn image, give them some RPG stat's and then ask for either money, art or effort to buy them.

But that's not all. After you've aquired your 'reference' and 'ownership' of this shit you have to raise their stats up by drawing them in events and etc. People who are smart and logical about this actually start making money by offering to paint your little pet and then they submit it for you for your character's stats to go up. One of these designs might have hundreds or a thousand dollars of artworks drawn for them for no real reason than to make their "Original Design Do Not Copy I Bought This!" other than they're stupid enough to do so.

That's beyond well done. It even qualifies as awesome.

Someone should show that to fucking Dobson as an example of what you can actually do with a number 2 pencil, because it looks like it may have actually been done with exactly that.
