For some, perhaps it's trying to make some sort of joke of it like those parodies you'd see on Newgrounds. For some though, it would have a darker purpose, one devoid of laughs. It's kinda like with that one brony who stole a MLP plushie at a convention and claimed to of violated said plushie.

No doubt there are people who may have a Nazi fetish or they might have something for people like Hitler. Really, speaking of people who may or may not have Nazi fetish: Josef Mengel fan-art. Why people make this I have no idea (Unless it's one where he gets something such a beat down, that I can understand since it's basically him getting punched or stabbed, like with Hitler getting punched by Captain Planet or Cat Man strangling Hitler.)

I'll just say this: Sure, the Nazi's can be interesting in knowing what sort of ideas they followed and how they began their conquest. Even then, that doesn't excuse the fact that the art such as animu Mengel is messed up.
