I took a look at my wishlisted immersive sims and it's struck me that not a single upcoming game has a release date.

  • Core Decay
  • Deep State
  • Datajack 2020
  • Serpens Eternal Thievery(More thief than deus ex but whatever)
  • Retrospace
  • Aquametesis
  • Clown Around
  • Noir Mancer
  • Excised
Not a single one of these indie games has a release date or a news post and I know for a fact Core Decay had been announced in the first Realms Deep showcase back in 2019-2020.
This is bullshit.

They hired a typical Xitter anime artist to do the designs for the UI. But the actual MC looks fairly normal for the setting.
imo the game is pretty OK as a Deus Ex-lite.

Biggest L for Peripeteia though is the fact they use fucking sewerslvt music as OST
 
Really Embracer Group niggers? Really? First thing they do with Deus Ex is to put a 4K mod on it with some additional high poly models and call it a "remaster". Fuck this shit, never going to pay for a censored version.

The "remaster" looks worse than both the PC and the PS2 versions of the game. I hope Embracer Group and Asspyr get raped by a pack of feral niggers

Not sci fi/cyberpunk but you could check out Monomyth. It's more in the style of Ultima Underworld.
