If you have a PC with a fast processor there's a PS3 emulator that runs the game fairly well (there are minor graphical and sound issues and sometimes some slowdown).
The emulator:
RPCS3 Sony PlayStation 3 Emulator
RPCS3 is a multi-platform open-source Sony PlayStation 3 emulator and debugger written in C++ for Windows, Linux and BSD.

You'll need to download this .pup file and install it in the emulator:
Guide on how to install and set up the emulator:
And you'll need the game ROM. You could search Google for L337X then search L337X for "Demons Souls" and download the 5.2GB one, but obviously don't do that because it's softare piracy.
