Deleted post clarification requests

I was sure there was a thread for this already at some point but fucked if I can find it.

I just got a post answering a stupid question in the 'Flutter' thread asking why no one seemed to be able to find her nuked. It was a dumb question but unmistakably on topic. I answered it and both post and response were deleted with the following:

"Your post in the thread Orbiter "Flutter" / "Egg" / "Cabbage Patch" / "Meryl" / "Food Lion lady" was deleted. Reason: Giving a pedophile attention."

What the fuck?? How the hell was I in any way supposed to know the poster was a pedo, and if he was he should have had a strikethru ban and not be able to post a stupid question that I gave a good faith answer to, only to be scolded for pedo-enabling!

Could I please be enlightened as to why this user was a pedo, and why his on topic if dumb and not at all pedo-related question and my answer should be nuked because of it?



Please feel free to use this thread to ask questions about your own deleted posts that you would like clarification on. If there is an existing thread and I am too autistic to find it, could a mod please add this to it (and address it) instead? Thank you.

Sorry, but it triggers my autism when I see a comment like that seemingly out of context in a deleted post. Even the possibility of being tarred with the pedo brush sets any father off.
