Thank you I wanted to post this thing but I forgot his name. I think he's saving money for facial feminization or some shit instead of fixing that fucking squidward/voidberg shit he's got going on. He also has a "wife". I do not know what the wife may be but it apparently exists.

He can’t. He seems to have a form of neurofibromatosis. If they are surgically removed they grow back. It’s genetic and not his fault.
I would imagine such physical disability completely screws your body image and is very hard to deal with. So these ones, ironically, I can kind of give a pass to. Can’t be easy for them and perhaps it’s a coping mechanism? Woman is when pretty, basically
