How funny is it that literally everyone in the sektur said all the way back in 2020 that Ralph dating Faith was a terrible, TERRIBLE, idea and he ignored everyone.

The even greater irony is that Ralph still could have avoided this had the horse not been brought into the picture. Even after physically abusing her, Faith still wanted to be with Ralph until he decided to knock up and get engaged to the woman that he attacked over her.

Even when he gets luck on his side he has to ruin it with his atrocious decision making.

There a lot of ways that the inconsistency could be explained. Both statements could be true or explained alternatively as not a willful lie, which is required for perjury.

Here's an example of a couple of ways that it could not be perjury:
  • Faith told Ralph he was 17, but he was actually 19.
  • Faith told Ralph in person he was 17, but later told him through a different means that he was actually 19.
  • The age 19 in the second part of the document was merely a typographical error
  • The age 19 in the second part of the document was the result of Ralph misremembering Valle's age
  • The age 17 part was merely a typographical error
  • The age 17 part was the result of Ralph misremembering Valle's age
The fact that this is such an obvious discrepancy in the age and that the document contains numerous typographical errors actually gives stronger indicia that there wasn't any perjury. Someone who willfully attempts to deceive the court with false testimony wouldn't deliberately insert contradictory testimony in their own statement. Innocent error would be a far more plausible explanation.

Showing that Ralph intentionally lied by misrepresenting Valle's age would be way more trouble than its worth, anyways, so there's little chance of a perjury charge ever arising from such a minor discrepancy.

from my reading of the two screenshots, and then of vickers' tweet, i had a different impression. to me, it looks like the first ss (stating that faith was 13 and iziah was 17) is a declaration from meigh, which the ragepig attached to his filing, while the second ss is written by the ragepig, himself. if that is the case, would it not cast doubt on the reliability and/or veracity of any statements from either meigh or the ragepig?

Any chance we could get the transcripts? I don't trust Ralph or Vickers' reporting as far as I could toss their fat asses. It'd be better if we could read exactly what was said.
