Part of the TOS signing up goes into great detail how when you start posting in one of the subforums you are essentially signing a vassalage agreement to a landed lord who will give out lolcow baronies to various shitposters who have peasants work under them doing the collection of lolworthy material.

@AnOnimous when my minions figure out how to build a trebuchet we're coming for you.

So when are you going to remove the "no trolling plans" disclaimer from this board?
Everything is fair game.

Also I don't think Null is going to be the one buying the billboards. It's just a funny idea for Vickers to do, who is already trolling Ralph irl anyways. Cause Ralph inserted himself into Vickers real life when he impregnated his teenage daughter. He may as well do something funny for once.

Haven't seen this posted anywhere else but feel its relevant to this thread. Mrs Vickers is saying that because Gunt moved to Mexico he could potentially have his suspended sentence revoked even though its now 'over'. The court has upto a year after to punish for violations during the suspended sentence.

Leaving the US = fleeing the jurisdiction of the court.

Doubt that would be the case, I suppose he most they can argue for is to "suspend" the clock of the suspended sentence, meaning time outside of the jurisdiction doesn't count towards the one year.

Is that even a thing? Japan has that but I doubt USA is like that.

As long as the thing is messing with Ralph's head it's OK with me.I am really tired of the jail sword above his head for how unfun that development would be. Then I remember it's psychologically breaking him and I'm ok with it.

Generally an offense within the time period of the suspension can retroactively trigger the full sentence.

I think the likelihood of this happening with this wigger retard is very slim, though. If they wanted to do it, they would have already.

I wish the Vickertard luck though.

When The Gunt moved to a Mexican Air BnB did he tell Virginia State? I'm assuming he or his lawyer has to tell the state where he still had a suspended sentence that he was moving and where to.

When he filed papers to get permission from Mexico did he tell them about his suspended sentence? I'd bet he did not. Probably didn't tell Mexico about being a violent felon either.

Does Benito Jiggletits even leave the Fëttigbunker enough for a billboard to work? The only times he seems to leave are for NPRK propaganda shoots with the Mare (or to sit in the truck with the A/C on blast while leaving the family in a concrete oven like so many puppies before)

Besides, with the devil spirit of Sonichu clearly infesting Ralph after fleeing its host during the arrest recording, isn't it clear how Vickers should A-hog Ralph?

Well fuck me; Vickers actually makes a good point here. Ralph was using Harry's house as his legal address in the US which obviously won't work if he's suing Harry. Fatass screwed himself here pretty nicely. Now he can't initiate legal proceedings in the US without doxing someone else and trusting them with his court papers.

I sometimes travel over and I have a mailbox for like $95 a fucking year which I declare as a business expense and get back so it's free. Can't this fat bastard just get an actual mailbox, he has to cheap out and use an in-law's?

How much is a storage unit, like $100 a month AT MOST? Or, just get a shipping container and park it at that Ronnie molestation shack he owns? Big fucking deal?!

And Ethan wants me to believe he makes over $10k a month, supposedly. God he is a cheaparse fat bitch.

Question: I keep seeing that Ralph is avoiding being served by Vickers, and it seems all but confirmed at this point, but what is he actually being served with? What is the charge/complaint be this time?
Vickers wants Ralph to pay child support. I don’t know why he didn’t have him paying it as soon as Xander was born, he hates Ralph but he didn’t want to use an obvious tactic to drain his funds?

Ralph never signed the birth certificate so paternity had to be established first. Ralph actively avoided ever pursuing a paternity test or having himself put on the certificate. There was also the more pressing matter of the revenge porn case. The revenge porn deal Ralph agreed to had a provision that forced him to take and pay for a paternity test.

Oh for some reason I was under the impression that child support had already been agreed to by both parties and that's why we got the supervised visitation.

So Ralph is deliberately avoiding servicing by hiding in Mexico and has basically said as much. This is not a new concept, especially in family court with child support. That is why there is a legal concept called Service by Publication which allows you to properly service someone by circulating a notice instead of hand-delivering it. This includes newspapers and sometimes billboards in the area where the defendant is known to be.

Now hear me out.

Billboards.

For this to work, Vickers would have to file a motion with the court to secure an order permitting him to serve by publication. It’s doable, especially since it’s evident that Gunt is actively avoiding service.

IF Vickers went this route, he could also go after Gunt for the costs involved after the case is over.

There are forms on CA court websites to fill out these requests out by yourself because it's so common in family court.
